Avi Kulkarni - CHAIRMAN & CEO
Avi serves as CHAIRMAN and CEO
of the company. He has completed BS in Electrical
Engineering from Nagpur University, India,
MS from IIT, Kanpur, India and certificate
in database technology from New York University.
Avi started his career at Larsen and Toubro,
where he developed manufacturing systems
for multi-billion dollar global divisions.
He has more than 30 years of experience
in the area of marketing, entrepreneurship,
team building, creating and successfully
growing startup business and hardware /
software technologies.
After immigrating to the United States in
1979, Avi quickly became a successful businessman.
Since 1983, his business ventures have included
systems engineering and hardware sales distribution
to clients like MCI, Merrill Lynch, and
Motorola, with an annual turnover of over
$40 million.

Peter
F. Miano, CTO
Peter
is Chief Technology Officer of Blue Planet
Solutoins. His strong background in both
information technology and financial planning
allow him to contribute to the technology
aspects of PanHealth’s goals as well
as to the business dimensions.
He
served as the Director-Information Management
at Home Shopping Network. Prior to that,
he was the Information Technology Director
for Lucent Technologies. He also held positions
at Lucent as Applications Development Director
and Information Technology Planning Director.
Prior to that, Peter worked for AT&T
as the Financial Systems & Architecture
Director, where he devised a method by which
business unit expenses could be reduced.

Rajesh
Parekar - Director Operations - INDIA
Rajesh has 15 years of experience in engineering,
software & service industry. He has
a long experience in managing knowledge
intensive businesses. Rajesh has overall
responsibility for the company's India operations,
strategies, quality of service, client engagements,
and resource assignments. Prior to BPSI,
Rajesh held various positions such as Practice
Lead, Project Manager, and Lead Architect
positions in multiple service organizations
with a primary focus on Systems Integration
and Business Intelligence. He has developed
several technology companies from zero revenue
to successful profitable ventures.
